The Recher is getting ready to rumble again, don’t miss it this time!
After bringing body slams, championship drama and a surprise appearance by Maryland musician Kelly Bell to Towson in April, the Federated Wrestling Alliance returns Sunday, November 15, for FWA: MAINSTAGE 2. Doors open at 3 p.m. for the all-ages event at 512 York Road.
If your usual Sunday entertainment involves yelling at a television, here’s your chance to direct that enthusiasm toward a wrestling ring.
The promotion’s April debut turned the familiar concert venue into a showcase for independent wrestling, mixing regional talent with nationally recognized performers. As we reported in our coverage of the first Mainstage event, the evening delivered athleticism, theatrical showmanship and plenty of local personality.
November’s return promises another helping—with an especially beefy addition.
Organizers are advertising an “All You Can Eat Meat Buffet” Gauntlet, featuring some of FWA’s biggest wrestlers. Despite the name, expect power moves rather than carving stations.
Also announced: Jay Lethal challenging for the FWA Championship, trios action and appearances by Sloane Jacobs, Janai Kai, “Infinite” Eli Isom, former FWA champion Jarett Diaz, and Badger & Boar: Attorneys at War!
For devoted wrestling fans, it’s a chance to catch recognizable names close to home. For newcomers, consider it an invitation to discover why a room full of people cheering heroes and booing villains can be such an entertaining afternoon.
Tickets are available through The Recher, with listed prices including ticket fees before any applicable taxes. Bring your enthusiasm. The wrestlers will handle the heavy lifting.
