Eagle Title Announces Leadership Transition at Towson Branch

TOWSON, MD -May 6, 2025 – Eagle Title is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition at its Towson branch, reinforcing the company's continued commitment to service excellence and long-term growth in the region.

After serving as Towson Branch Manager for the past two and a half years, Betsy Jiranek has chosen to focus exclusively on her clients as a full-time Settlement Officer. Betsy’s leadership has been instrumental in building a strong and service-oriented branch presence, and we are grateful for her continued role on the team as a trusted resource and settlement expert.

To support the next phase of growth, Michael Schmidt has joined Eagle Title as the new Towson Branch Manager. He will work closely with Betsy during this transition to ensure a seamless handoff and strong continuity of service.

A graduate of Towson High School and Salisbury University, Michael has built a reputation for integrity, dedication, and relationship-driven service. Throughout his career, Michael has consistently demonstrated a passion for helping clients navigate real estate transactions with clarity and confidence.
