Sparks, Md. (August 26, 2025) – Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) announced that Elizabeth Davidson, Executive Director at the Towson Arts Collective, has been accepted into its signature community leadership program. Davidson was selected from a competitive pool of applicants from across the region and across sectors and industries.

LBC’s program delivers a transformational experience—bringing leaders together to build strong connections with peers and local decision-makers, all while strengthening their impact at work and in the community.
Since 1983, LBC has been helping people grow into more informed, engaged civic leaders. At the heart of it all is this 10-month, hands-on leadership program that’s immersive, inspiring, and rooted in real world learning. And the experience doesn’t stop there—our active alumni network keeps the momentum going long after the program ends.
Leadership Baltimore County’s Signature Program is open to senior-level leaders who have demonstrated success in their field, an interest in enhancing their leadership capabilities and a commitment to the Baltimore County community through volunteer activities.
