The transaction was led by Senior Vice President Don Schline and Principal Joe Nolan, SIOR.
KLNB exclusively marketed the property over a four-month campaign, generating exceptional investor interest and ultimately procuring multiple full-price offers on behalf of the seller. The building was acquired by an owner-user investment group that will occupy a portion of the building while retaining its existing tenant base.

Situated at the corner of E. Joppa Road and Fairmount Avenue, 400 E. Joppa Road offers immediate proximity to Downtown Towson, Towson University, Towson Town Center, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
