TIMONIUM, MD — February 28, 2026 — Maryland Spicy Con, the ultimate hot sauce and fiery flavor convention, is set to heat up the Maryland State Fairgrounds Exhibition Hall on Saturday, February 28, from Noon to 5:00 PM.

This all-ages event brings together hot sauce lovers, artisan makers, foodies, and beverage enthusiasts for a day packed with free tastings, spicy challenges, entertainment, and local flavors.

"I love spicy food, especially different hot sauce profiles. I figured others would also appreciate an event like this. Judging by the reaction, I was right!", says Paul Manna, organizer of Maryland Spicy Con and Trifecta Food Truck & Music Festival. Manna continues, “Whether guests prefer a mild kick or a full-blown flamethrower, there’s something for every palate.”

B Popular Local High School Podcasters, MD FOODIE BOYZ, who were recently spoofed on Saturday Night Live will be guest judges!

Tickets are on sale now and include General Admission, VIP, and family packages. Children 12 and under are free, and free parking is available in the lots surrounding the Exhibition Hall.
