🐯 Towson University Welcomes Its Largest Freshman Class Ever
Nearly 6,000 new students arrived at TU, including more than 3,250 freshmen, the largest first-year class in university history. Total enrollment is nearly 20,000. That influx is also a meaningful economic story for Towson restaurants, retailers and apartments.

For a community that is constantly talking about the future of Towson, Sunday offered a glimpse of what that future can look like when people decide to simply make something happen: local businesses supporting one another, restaurants celebrating their workers, musicians filling the streets, families enjoying their town and neighbors gathering together.
