TOGETHER WITH ANDREA’S WISH FOUNDATION

Hello Towson,

For those lovers of classic literature, this famous quote seems to really resonate of late..

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way--in short, the period was so far like the present period that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.”

- Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities

PUBLISHERS NOTE:

From the very beginning, the Towson Torch has made the conscious decision not to write stories or cover topics that aim to be divisive and controversial, especially politics and crime.

Why? Because we know that content will find you whether you want it or not, and perhaps you prefer a break from it.

We choose to cover stories about the great people, businesses, and happenings in our area, and we have a lot of work to do!!!

Stay Positive Towson! 😎

In this week's Towson Torch:

  • Towson’s Award Winning Tattoo Studio

  • TU Announces Partnership with the Ravens

  • Meet Paul Manna, Towson’s Live Music Man

  • Haley’s Home Bar

And as usual, local news and things to do….

    Let’s go!!!!!

In the heart of Towson, Layer 3 Collective has emerged as more than just a tattoo studio. Over the last decade, it has become a creative hub that fuses art, music, fashion, and community. Founded by longtime Towson locals, the shop reflects the passion and vision of its owners: Chris Dominick, a seasoned tattoo artist with roots in the area; Sean Brown, a Towson raised community-minded entrepreneur; and co-owner, investor, Zach Merrick, bassist for the internationally acclaimed band All Time Low, who also grew up in Towson.
